12.08.2008 Some install hints for Switzerland Professional FSX and FS2004

Please read first !

FS 2004:

a) Before your start the new Switzerland Profesional installation you must deinstall the old Switzerland Pro!
    Two possibilities: Put the old CD1 in your drive and click "Deinstallation",
                                 or delete the 6 CHPRO entries in the scenery library !



At the end of the Switzerland Pro installation wait until the install shild disappears !!!
This will take up to 15 min. on older pc's!

 

At the FS 2004 version: If the installation interrups on any reason, no new installation can NOT be made:

Workaround: Delete this file:
c:\Programme\InstallShield Installation Information\{ACC75B04-81D2-4AF4-9312-C8CF39D23EA8}
and start the installation again.


At the FS X version: If the installation interrups on any reason, no new installation can NOT be made:

Workaround: Delete this file:
c:\Programme\InstallShield Installation Information\{C0E7FAD8-F8AE-4819-AEBF-D92562315EEE}
and start the installation again.


Generally: On FSX and FS2004:

If you like to install a scenery the message appears: "...no FS found".

Workaround: Click here: FSX/FS9 Registry Repair Tool (36KB)
This tool will repair your FSX or FS9 registry so that the path is valid. Many times certain applications
use this path. If it is invalid, some programs may not work.

 

 


 



Support for FS2004 FLYLOGIC products

  FLYLOGIC Vienna 2004  and  Austria Professional

  No  Autogen around the airport and the city.

Switzerland Professional


Service Pack 1
This Service Pack 1 includes:
- Correction of the dynamic scenery at the small airfields
  Birrfeld, Wangen-Lachen, Speck-Fehraltorf und Fricktal-Schupfart.
- Correction of the configuration in FS2002.cfg / FS9.cfg
- Corrrction of the ground altitude at Zurich-Kloten, Bern-Blep and Lugano
  to adapt the altitude of the AI-aircraft.

Switzerland Professional and Lake of Come

  Lake of Como disappears when Switzerland Pro is installed.

    Solution:
  - Deinstall Switzerland with CD 1
  - Make a copie of folder SCENERY/EURW
  - reinstalled Switzerand Professional
  - copied and overwrited folder EURW in SCENERY

You have now the Lake of Como and Switzerland Pro

Texture: Green stripes in Switzerland Professional

Reason: Textures from Switzerland 4 not deleted.
Advice: Please delete all files from Switzerland 4.
